![]() Needless to say this experience was the worst I’ve had anywhere & Orbitz offered no help My husband had to walk down the the bar to aske for some water where they charged him $5 for the smallest water bottles in the world. We tried to use the vending machines on the three different floors to get a bottle of water and two of the floors the card reader didn’t work, and the third one took or payment but never dispensed our water. They said well we need you to wait because we need to call the maid back. My husband stated that we did not want the original room. Or if they could put us back into the original room that had the underwear after it was cleaned. They offer apologies but then proceed to tell me that there aren’t any rooms available with a king like we requested, and if they could offer us a room with two queens. Dirty towels on the floor, trash, the bed wasn’t made. We went to the new room and it hadn’t been cleaned at all. ![]() Now I’m sure the hotel room sanitized… it took 15 minutes to get in touch with the front desk and they asked if I wanted the maid to come up and clean it and remove the underwear or if we wanted a new room. Our first room had ladies underwear on the door handle of the bathroom. Their staff didn’t smile at all, which I don’t blame them, always having to make excuses for the pore quality of their rooms and services.
